Orange Terrace Library

The Orange Terrace Library development has the distinction of being a Design-Build, LEED certified project for the City of Riverside. The architectural design by HMC Architects will be a LEED-Silver building with a mission style. The two new facilities will be made up of a 10,200 s.f. library and a 25,320 s.f. community center.
