The first phase of the 100,000 s.f. retail shopping mall, located off the 60 freeway in Riverside, contains a Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus, Marshall's, Jo-Ann's, Old Navy, Starbuck's, and Lane Bryant. The second phase, estimated to be completed in April of next year, will include a PETCO, OshKosh B'Gosh, Kinko's, and Rubio's.
